The Period App Your Daughter is Going to Love

Let’s get APP-y!

So technology can be a stressful thing in your life. Right?

AND, tech can also be an amazing tool for us — right?

Not just to connect with our loved ones who are far away —

But to connect with our bodies.

YES.

I am so excited to introduce you to my friend, Alisa Vitti, the queen of healing your hormones, balancing your body, and realizing your period can actually be a superpower.

What? Does that sound crazy?

Hang in there with me, because Alisa founded her amazing company Flo Living and wrote her best-selling book WomanCode when she had intense hormone dysfunction and was facing a grim prognosis. She knew that something had to be wrong with her intense monthly symptoms, and she was determined to heal her body.

Alisa is a total science geek, irreverent in the best way, a proud mama to an amazing little girl, and — one of my fave stories — once was on Dr. Oz to show women how to diagnose their own hormonal imbalance by noticing the color of their menstrual blood (yes, she used different mashed fruit).

Alisa is from the generation between you and your daughter — and she speaks the tech language, and has made a totally amazing APP! I’m so pumped to share it with you.

Talk about learning to speak your daughter’s language of connection 😉

What action step are you going to take this week to be a mother that imparts woman wisdom to your daughter so she is empowered by knowing her body cycles?

— because collective wisdom rocks,
and we want to hear your take.

We need each other.
Love,

Sil

P.S. Forward this video to a mama who has a daughter with her period.  Because sharing is caring, and everyone could use a stronger bond.
