Sil + Eliza

Sil Reynolds and Eliza Reynolds are a mother-daughter dynamic duo, co-authors, and workshop leaders. They’ve helped thousands of mothers and their preteen and teen daughters to transform their relationship and strengthen their bond.

Their book, “Mothering and Daughtering: Keeping Your Bond Strong Through the Teen Years,” has won praise from Geneen Roth, Christiane Northrup, Elizabeth Lesser, as well as from scores of mother-daughter readers.

Between their web show, We Thrive TV, their sold-out workshops nationwide, and their online courses, Sil and Eliza are the go-to source for moms who want to get grounded, trust themselves, and form a joyful, satisfying connection with their daughters. They believe in the radical notion that mothers and daughters can thrive and not just survive during the preteen and teen years — in fact it’s only natural.

Sil

Sil Reynolds is a mother and a mothering expert. She is the co-author of “Mothering and Daughtering: Keeping Your Bond Strong Through the Teen Years”, and the co-host of We Thrive TV with her daughter Eliza. The mother-daughter duo have taught sold-out workshops nation-wide for thousands of mothers and their preteen and teen daughters for the past 10 years.

On her own, Sil brings 30 years as a Family Nurse Practitioner and psychotherapist to her current work as a one-on-one mother-daughter coach. She was a senior student of renowned Jungian analyst Marion Woodman. As a specialist in eating disorders and body image, she’s taught Geneen Roth’s Breaking Free from Emotional Eating workshops. She’s on the faculty of Multiversity, and the Esalen and Omega institutes. But the crown jewel in her resume is, of course, her daughter Eliza.

Eliza

Eliza Reynolds is the professional daughter with the inside scoop and a champion for preteen and teenage girls living full lives. An expert on mother-daughter relationships, she’s been coaching preteen and teen girls to connect with their mothers, and with themselves, since she was a teen herself.

Together with her own mother, Sil, Eliza is the co-author of “Mothering and Daughtering: Keeping Your Bond Strong Through the Teen Years,” (she wrote the sassy side) and the co-host of We Thrive TV. The mother-daughter duo have taught sold-out workshops nation-wide for thousands of mothers and their preteen and teen daughters for the past 10 years.

On her own, Eliza has her undergraduate degree from Brown University, was trained as a sex educator for Planned Parenthood, and was a consultant for Eve Ensler, (“Vagina Monologues,”) on her book for teenage girls: “I Am an Emotional Creature.”
