Once you had your daughter… did you find yourself at times all-consumed with mothering, and like you were slowly losing touch with yourself?
Do you fall into the trap of putting everyone’s happiness before your own?
Do you sometimes feel exhausted making sure everyone else is fed, cared for and held? And wondering who’s going to do the same for you?
Do you remember the sense of magic, adventure and joy you had as a girl? Do you want to make more time for that?
Then, oh mama, this is the episode for you.
My guest today is Sarah Jenks. She’s the mother of three rambunctious small humans; and she’s a life coach, an emotional eating expert, and a sacred space holder.
Are you ready to finally take care of yourself?

I so deeply believe that when are filled up and inspired by our own lives, our daughters (and everyone around us) benefits.
Love,
Sil
P.S. Forward this video to a mama expanding into her own dreams. Because sharing is caring, and everyone could use a stronger bond.
There are parts of me that feel as though they have atrophied over time and this video made me think more deeply about giving 15 minutes a day to the practice of being myself by myself. I can already see the benefit for my daughter in that she will see me being more confident in myself as an individual woman, apart from who I am professionally and in relationship to other people. I can’t wait to start!
