How to Connect When You’ve Only Got 10 Minutes

Life sure can get busy...

Right?

We don’t always have time alone,

For just the two of us to connect.

To play a board game —

Or to go for a hike —

To cook a meal together —

We don’t always have time to let our toes snuggle under the blanket while we watch a movie, and talk about nothing and everything…

1:1 time with our daughters is a precious commodity, right?

And some weeks — like perhaps this busy one in mid-October 😉 — there’s just not a lot of time for 1:1 connection without homework, siblings, work, and errands getting in the way…

SO: how do we really connect when we haven’t got a lot of time?

This episode is for the rushed weeks, the packed weeks, the going-full-tilt weeks! (they happen to all of us!!!)

Mama, today I’d like add another tool to your Mothering & Daughtering toolbox:
How to deeply connect when you’ve “only” got 10 minutes.

and we want to hear your take.

We need each other, mama.
